🖥️ Display Setup: Desktop PC to Promethean Screen (Room D8)

1. Power On

• Ensure both the desktop PC and Promethean screen are switched on.

2. Sign In

• Log into the desktop PC using your credentials.

3. Select Input Source

• On the Promethean screen, press the Source button.

• Choose HDMI3 from the input options.

4. Display Confirmation

• Once HDMI3 is selected, the Promethean screen will automatically begin broadcasting the desktop PC display.

💻 Display Setup: Laptop to Promethean Screen

1. Locate the HDMI Cable

Find the HDMI cable connected to the Promethean screen.

2. Connect to Your Laptop

Insert the HDMI cable into your laptop’s HDMI port.

3. Automatic Detection

The Promethean system will automatically detect the input and switch to the correct HDMI channel.

4. Adjust Display Settings (if needed)

Press Windows Key + P to open display options (e.g., Duplicate, Extend, Second screen only) and select your preferred setup.
